Thank you for shopping at eBikesfortykes. We are dedicated to getting your new electric bikes and gear delivered to you safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping terms below.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major national holidays. If we experience an unusually high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days, and we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your e-bikes arrive in perfect condition. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Delivery Time: Once your order leaves our facility, transit time is typically 5 to 7 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather, carrier capacity issues, or rural delivery routes. We do our best to ensure timely delivery but are not responsible for unforeseen carrier delays.
3. Domestic Shipping Only (USA)
At this time, eBikesfortykes ships exclusively within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping, nor do we ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Electric bikes are powered by high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, which are subject to strict federal shipping regulations.

Ground Shipping Only: E-bikes must be shipped via ground transportation. Expedited air shipping is not available.

No P.O. Boxes: Because of the size of our boxes and freight requirements, we require a verifiable physical street address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active.
6. Returns & Damaged Shipments

30-Day Returns: We proudly offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for items in their original, unused condition.

Damaged in Transit: We take great care in packaging our bikes. However, if your order arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours. Provide clear photos of the damage so we can file a claim with the carrier and make it right immediately.
